Lisa grew up in Nashville, TN. She earned her B.A in Art History from Colorado College and Barnard College and did post graduate work at Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London where she learned the Art Auction business. She began her professional career working in the art world as a grants coordinator for The National Endowment for the Arts in the Visual Arts Program, then as an art consultant and interior designer. In 1995, she joined Long and Foster and began selling residential real estate in DC and the Maryland suburbs bringing with her years of experience in marketing, staging homes for sale, and negotiating the best deal for her buyers and sellers.
A resident of the Washington DC area since 1984, Lisa and her husband have lived in the Bannockburn neighborhood of Bethesda, MD, for 20 years where they raised their two children. When not selling real estate, Lisa is an avid tennis player and regularly competes in USTA matches around the Mid-Atlantic region. She is active in her local community and volunteers for Petconnect Rescue by hosting dog adoption events in the area. She savors time spent with family and friends near and far, ski vacations out west, and long walks with her adorable black lab, Leo.
