Sylva realized her passion for real estate 25 years ago. Heading the first condominium sales community in Winchester, Virginia in 1990, she enjoyed educating and supporting people through the home buying process. This lead to many other new home community projects including town homes and single family homes, giving her extensive experience with new home construction and land development.
A native of Maryland, Sylva moved to northern Virginia in the late 90’s. Raising a family in Loudoun County gave her a vast knowledge of the immediate and surrounding market areas. Now an empty-nester residing in Reston, she continues to devote her time and knowledge to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it is to buy, sell or invest.
