Lucente is a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS), and she was a top producer with another local firm where she was recognized with their Achiever Society Award for the past four years. She has also received Philadelphia magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent award for three years in a row. Lucente is well versed in custom home new construction, relocation, and she has specialized in working with first-time home buyers, as well as buyers and sellers in 55 and older communities.

Lucente has a nursing background with degrees from Pennsylvania Hospital and Temple University. She is extremely active in the local community, volunteering her time on several boards including The Hockessin Montessori School for the past 31 years. She is past- president of the Greater Sharpless Road Civic Association. Lucente has four grown children and recently relocated to the Delaware Beaches with her husband.
