Patti’s warm, engaging personality makes her a delight to work with and ensures that her clients are clients, and frequently friends, for life. Her firm grounding in customer service, previously as a station manager for the airlines and subsequently for nearly 31 years in the real estate industry, is evident in her easy going yet highly professional & effective manner that creates a seamless, efficient home buying/selling experience. Throughout the process, the knowledgeable guidance and emotional support she provides creates a sense of comfort and confidence for her clients. Underlying it all, is her strong sense of integrity that drives her to seek outcomes that are most beneficial to the interests of her clients and their life goals.

Based out of the Glenmore office of Long and Foster, Patti has been one of Charlotteville's top producing agents for over 20 years. While she has extraordinary expertise in this premier golf and tennis community, her knowledge extends well beyond its gates and encompasses the greater Charlottesville - Albemarle area.

Patti’s love for Charlottesville and her investment in the community is unwavering. Since moving to the area in the early ‘90’s, she has raised a family here and has been actively engaged in a variety of activities and commitments as a resident of Glenmore, as a Charlottesville community member and leader, and as an individual with recreational interests. While they have all been valuable experiences, she cherished her role as a Board Member of the Martha Jefferson Hospital and her previous involvement as Chair of the American Heart Association Ball, relishing the opportunity to have a wide-reaching impact on the welfare of the community and its residents. Her work with her clients is infused with that same passion to promote the well-being and happiness of others.

When not providing exceptional service to her clients, you can find Patti on the tennis courts, relaxing at her river house, or engaging in community service; always with a sincere interest and engagement in others and an appreciation for all that life has to offer.
