Born and raised in Howard County, Allie is a graduate of McDonogh School in Baltimore, MD and holds a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Virginia Tech. Allie is a former Project Engineer who was in charge of several $200 million overhauls of nuclear powered ballistic missile and fast attack submarines at Charleston Naval Shipyard. After returning to Howard County, Allie started a career in Real Estate where she is a Top Producer and a lifetime member of Howard County’s Million Dollar Realtors Association, Long and Foster’s Chairman's Club, and various private and charitable organizations. Allie holds 18+ years of luxury real estate experience generating over $50 million in sales. With the experience of constructing 6 homes for herself as well as her several personal corporate relocations, Allie is a L&F certified relocation specialist. In the past, Allie has been selected out of 14,000 agents to represent L&F in their sales products, possibly because of her motto, "Let Allie Engineer Your Next Move". Allie has been the top selling agent on several occasions in the #1 office in Baltimore & southern PA. Her properties have been featured in the international publication, L&F's "Extraordinary Properties", and "Home & Design" magazine. Allie has been quoted on the front pages of "The Baltimore Sun" and "The Washington Post" Real Estate sections as an expert on Baltimore-Washington area properties. Allie’s personal and charitable endeavors include her time spent as President of the Garrison Forest School’s Upper School Parent Association, co-Treasurer of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Highland, MD, and a volunteer at both Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Talented Youth (CTY) and Peabody Conservatory.
