Lin is a native of Richmond and has been active in the real estate business since 1986. He has continued his real estate education with courses in Real Estate Appraisal, Brokerage, Finance and Real Estate Law. He has also completed the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designee program.
Lin's interest in woodworking led him to attain certificates in both cabinet making and carpentry. With this specialized knowledge, he shares with his clients a helpful perspective on new construction, resale properties and renovations.

Lin's hobbies and interest include woodworking, remolding, photography, gardening, travel, and spectator sports. Lin and his wife Susan are active in their community, where he has served on their Neighborhood Association Board.
