About Bill

Bill is a life-long resident of Southern Maryland, growing up in Fort Washington, and graduating from Friendly High School in 1976. He spent three years serving in the U.S. Army as a medic, then moved to Charles County, where he has lived ever since. Bill is very involved in his church, a member of the Men’s Ministry Planning Committee, and coordinates efforts to help those in need throughout SouthernMaryland. Bill also enjoys fishing, golfing, trips to the beach, sports, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family.

Bill has been a full-time realtor since 1994. With over twenty years of experience, he is knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling real estate. Knowing that buyers and sellers have unique needs, and that the real estate market is constantly evolving, Bill continually attends workshops and seminars, so he can always provide his clients the most up to date information available to assist them in making the best decisions for themselves. He is also a great negotiator, and does everything possible to make sure his clients needs are completely fulfilled. Bill has a proven record of service and professionalism, and a genuine concern for all of his client’s needs. His overriding belief is that you should always do what is right and honorable in God’s eyes, and that is what he bases his business practice on.
