Sitting down to review financing options and the entire buying procedure is an important first

step in the process, and one that I enjoy. Making sure you are well positioned should you decide

to move in the future, and happy with your new home in case you decide to stay, is one of my goals

as your Realtor.

Many of the buyers I have worked with have become my Sellers, and keep on coming back, referring

their friends and family to me. As a Listing Agent, it is important to know the local market and be

familiar with buyer profiles and specific features of the property and neighborhood that draw those

buyers in. Expertise in Social Media and Internet Marketing Sites, creative writing skills and

attention to detail are some of the tools I use to market my listings.

Referrals are the gold standard in sales, and show that I have earned the trust of my clients. A large

percentage of my business comes from personal referrals of satisfied buyers and sellers that I have

worked with over the years. My clients are important to me, and I value our long term relationship.

Estate work and Attorney Referrals are also a part of my business. As a listing agent, I have

worked extensively with estates and am intimately familiar with the unique challenges involved in

this niche specialty.
