Paul J. Carr, Jr., is a native of the District of Columbia (D.C.). He is the Owner of Total Life Changes Health & Wellness, LLC, a local fitness company that is dedicated to meeting the health and wellness needs of the community – from the inside out – renewing minds, renewing bodies, and empowering people to live healthier lifestyles.

Paul has been a licensed Realtor since 2015. Having successfully served a host of families with their buying, selling and renting needs, he's received a number of awards, to include Silver Team (Executives Club) and the 2nd Place Rookie Top Producer for 2016.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Carr worked for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management for 17 years, with his last position being Director of Administrative Operations. In that position, Paul was responsible for an array of business operations and administrative management functions, to include managing $20 million in resources, coordinating procurement activities, and executing management oversight in the areas of travel logistics, human resources, and performance management.

Paul has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, is a Licensed Realtor (MD & DC), Notary Public (Maryland) and Certified Personal Trainer. He enjoys helping people in whatever possible way he can, treats everyone like he would want to be treated and prides himself on being a man of INTEGRITY!
