Sheila began her career in the real estate market on the Seven Mile Island in 1992. She has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer and recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award since 1994.

She obtained her Broker's license in 1995 and in 1998 became a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. She served on the Cape May County Board of Realtors as a director in 1997, 2010 and was appointed again for the 2012/2013 term. She was a Chairperson of the Cape May County Grievance Committee in 1998 and has served as a member of the committee form 1998 to the present. She received her e-Pro certification in 2008. Sheila is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Cape May Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service.
