About Cynda Hollenbaugh

Living in a Coastal Community like Ocean City, New Jersey, is an inspiration every day! We are so fortunate to be realtors in this island community, helping our clients to realize their dreams of owning a coastal home!

My husband, Robert Farnsworth, and I moved to Ocean City from Pennsylvania in 1998. We raised our son, Zach, here from the age of 8, attending many Ocean City sporting and educational events. Now, many years later, Zach, his wife Stephanie, and our little grandson Greysen return to Ocean City in sunny, summer skies to take part in everything Ocean City, and also love to come for visits in winter (they especially love the wild, stormy, coastal weather that may occur in the offseason).

As Realtors®, Bob and I now get to share our love of Ocean City and the surrounding area with our clients. Whether helping our clients to buy or sell property, we offer our clients comprehensive research into properties, resources, and potential pitfalls. As the transaction progresses, we offer our clients the highest levels of supervision and service through closing and beyond. Bob and I are both graduates of Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster, PA. We have amassed many years of experience in corporate sales and buying, marketing and advertising, and have been small business owners ourselves. We both thoroughly enjoy working together, a dream come true for both of us!

I am currently honored to be serving as the 2023/24 Immediate Past President and served as the 2022 President of the Ocean City Board of Realtors.
