"I met Andrea a year or so before actually listing my house with Long and Foster. She noted I had just come off the market and wanted to stop by to meet me and discuss my experiences. We connected from the start and remained in contact over the next year sending a greeting from time to time. Andrea was always thoughtful and courteous without being overbearing and always sensitive to what was right for me. With her gentle reminders, I knew it was time to try again sooner than later. We met and discussed our approach and listed in late spring despite my fears of jumping in too late in the season. My house sold in 28 days! Then she helped me find a town home I can call home! Andrea was timely, available night and day and kept me focused and on target. Through everything she not only was my agent but new friend. She even offered to take my pet for a bit during the days prior to the sale of my home and after the move to my new town home! With multiple settlements in one day between the buyers and the sellers, and with the fantastic coordination and help of Prosperity Mortgage, we managed to get through it. I'm sure the much needed coffee and nourishment in-between settlements helped too! I would highly recommend this caring, sensitive, timely, professional and knowledgeable agent. Best of luck, Andrea. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

"I feel very fortunate to have had Andrea Cooper as my realtor for the sale of my house and I've been most impressed by her personal interest in helping my son and myself to carry out the necessary preparations for the sale. I'm 82 so my son arranged for the prep work. Andrea emailed both of us frequently with both suggestions and reminders and kept in touch with me by phone too since I'm not too tech savvy. Her knowledge and experience were much in evidence. Since I was moving to an apartment out of state before the closing she even arranged for me to have a special meeting (I don't remember the name of it) so I could sign ahead of time and she could represent me at the closing. Andrea even picked me up for that meeting and brought me back home. I felt very much cared for. She then attended the closing and settled everything for me and she and Debbie at sale premier emailed me all the information regarding the sale. Andrea kept in touch after I moved and encouraged me when I felt overwhelmed in getting settled. I can't thank her enough for all the kindnesses she showed me, she truly befriended me and I have so much appreciated it. Thank you thank you thank you for everything you've done for me!

"We first met Andrea at a function at Epic Church in Manayunk, Philadelphia. At the time we weren’t sure if we should continue renting or purchase a home, so Andrea put us in touch with Long & Foster’s affiliate Prosperity Mortgage to be pre-qualified, and we quickly discovered that we could actually afford to buy! So the search began and Andrea showed us multiple listings in the Roxborough area of Philadelphia. Once we found our new home Andrea coordinated all the paperwork, which included making an offer and negotiating the contract. She guided us every step of the way up through the final closing. I would recommend Andrea Cooper to be your Real Estate agent if you are looking for a smooth and easy transaction from start to finish. Thank you Andrea for all your help and friendship, too!
