Cathleen Connolly

I've been in public service since 1990 because I enjoy helping others, and I retired after 23 years in the Air Force. I continue to serve by assisting home buyers/sellers in achieving their real estate goals by reducing pain points during a stressful process.

I've successfully worked on million-dollar projects with multiple stakeholders negotiating ways to streamline expenses without affecting outcomes. I apply those same skills to safeguard your interests, whether you are the homeowner wishing to maximize your equity or the homebuyer looking to minimize your expenses.

My approach to business is as it was while I was in the military -- Service before Self. My philosophy is to provide excellent service to select customers rather than mediocre service to many. I help the decision-makers make educated choices along the path to settlement.

Giving advice requires education and experience, so complementing my experience is my formal education: AS, Allied Health; BS, Health Care Management; MS, Public Administration; Graduate, REALTOR Institute, Negotiation Expert, Accredited Buyer's Representative, and Virginia Real Estate Broker's license.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy volunteering at the hospital, reading, increasing my accuracy at the lanes or the range, and getting healthier.
