A native Washingtonian, Cindy graduated from The University of Maryland (B.A., Criminal Justice 86') and began a ten year career as an investigator with the Department of Defense. In 1996, she took a break to raise her three children, and in 2004, returned to the work force as an Office Manager/Assistant Designer at a local interior design firm. This experience proved instrumental in her decision to become a licensed real estate agent. Jean's track record and commitment level convinced Cindy to join Jean as her full time assistant in 2007. Her role involves managing all of the components of each real estate transaction, from preparation of documents and market analyses, to property showings, staging the homes and assisting purchasers in visualizing a home's potential. Cindy has lived in the Metro area her entire life. She and her husband Joe, and their three children, currently reside in Beltsville.

JEAN BOURNE-PIROVIC

Also a native Washingtonian, and graduate of The University of Maryland (B.A., Communications 81'), Jean began her Residential Real Estate career in 1991. After ten years of working in marketing, new construction, and lending, she decided to focus specifically on residential properties. Her work ethic, attention to detail, knowledge of and commitment to her community, and skillful negotiating experience, have led to her 23+ years of Award Winning Sales. She is recognized as the Top Producer of the White Oak/Silver Spring office, and in the Long and Foster Companies Mid-Atlantic Region. She is consistently ranked in the Top 150 agents (out of 10,000). She is in the Top 1% of Realtors nationwide. Jean, Dr. Eugen Pirovic, and their two children, live in College Heights Estates. As a third generation resident and homeowner in the community, Jean has extensive knowledge of the area's homes, and has been active in it's civic and charitable affairs.

ALEX HEITKEMPER

The most recent addition to the team, Alex Heitkemper, is a full time realtor who assists buyers, sellers, and investors with all aspects of their real estate needs. Alex graduated from Good Counsel High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland, and a Masters Degree in Financial Management. Alex has an extensive Accounting and Finance background and is extremely knowledgeable about the communities in and around Washington, DC. He can assess market conditions, and guide clients through the process of buying and selling homes. Alex has lived in the DC Metro area his entire life. Raised in Kensington, he lived in Berwyn Heights before getting married. He and his wife Sarah live in University Park with their children and golden lab mix.
