Why did I become a real estate professional?

I have always loved helping people. Before I had children I was an art director for one of the world largest advertising agency so marketing was in my background. We sold our first 2 homes FSBO and I realized I was good at it. When our children no longer needed me volunteering at their school I decided to make real estate my new career.

How long have I been a Realtor?

I began in 2009 when the market was in chaos and my first sales were foreclosures, short sales and bankruptcies. So once again my love for helping people came into play as I helped clients navigate the messiness of hard real estate transactions. Having a Realtor that they trusted helped calm a lot of tense moments.

Where do I live?

We make our home in beautiful Chesterfield County when we moved there in 2003 but I have sold homes from Dinwiddie to Ashland to Farmville and everywhere in between.

What do I love about Richmond?

Richmond is not too big and not too small. It has great restaurants and is a day trip or less to so many great things to do from museums and festivals to historical sights and my favorite vineyards.

What do I do when I am not doing real estate?

I enjoy cooking and entertaining friends and family. I love creating wonderful welcoming spaces to live in. I love exploring new and old favorite wineries and spending time with our nearly grown children.
