Ellen Pritchett has successfully marketed and sold homes in Northern Virginia since 1987. She is a "Top Producer" in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club and ranks in the top 1% of realtors nationwide. Despite the challenges of the pandemic in 2020 Ellen was named as one of the McLean office "Top Producers". She is also a member of Long and Foster's Founder's Club.

Ellen's success as a real estate professional is largely due to her extensive knowledge and background in all areas of real estate finance and housing. Her understanding of computers and the latest technological developments in the real estate industry allow her to assist her clients with every possible advantage. She was previously the Director of Mortgage Finance for the National Association of Realtors. Prior to that position, she was Deputy to an Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Affairs. Ellen also spent several years working for the Banking Committee at the U.S. House of Representatives as the Assistant Director of the Financial Institutions Subcommittee. Additionally, she worked for Citibank while living in the Middle East.
