Eric grew up and currently resides in the Town of Chevy Chase, and has been representing clients with their real estate needs since 1989. Eric’s passion for real estate led him to earn a masters degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University in 1997. Marina Krapiva

Marina offers an extensive background in planning and construction engineering, and is an expert in home renovations. A resident of Chevy Chase and the Washington, DC area for over 20 years, she is originally from Russia. Marina is a highly experienced veteran of remodeling projects on older area homes and she really enjoys the challenges and rewards of orchestrating the process. Kate Sheckells

A native Washingtonian, Kate was born and raised off Massachusetts Avenue in Bethesda, and her family goes back generations in Maryland. Kate offers intimate knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, and the history of the community. She has been a practicing real estate agent since 2004. Before that, she worked in politics for 15 years, including the White House, the Democratic National Committee, and statewide elections. She likes politics, but believes there is nothing more rewarding than assisting people who are in the midst of the hugely important and complicated process of buying and selling real estate. A proud graduate of Bethesda public schools, she attended Wood Acres Elementary, Walt Whitman High School and Mount Saint Mary’s College in Maryland.
