As a listing agent for my sellers I start with a thorough walk through of your home and will advise and counsel on what to do and not do to best maximize your value. "When the time finally came to put the house up for sale, I interviewed a couple of realtors looking for the right listing agent. I found that agent in Kim Muffler. From the very start, her energy and knowledge of the real estate market and ins and outs of selling a house were evident. At our initial meeting, she assessed the house, provided a detailed description of what her role would be in the process and what she thought the house
could potentially list for given the area, the attributes of the house and other comparable home sales. Her no nonsense, straight forward, get it done attitude in addition to the obvious knowledge of the business and the market were what made it clear that the house would be sold quickly as possible but it would be done right.
Working with Kim was wonderful. After establishing the sales price, contact information (to ensure timely communication) and other necessary documentation, she laid out exactly what would happen and when. There were no surprises, no unexpected actions required of me. Except for providing some information that only I could provide, once Kim was on the job, she took over the concerns and worries of selling the house. The offer process displayed Kim’s strong negotiating skills, and they continued to be evident as we moved through the inspection and final sales processes. Once again, Kim outlined exactly what would happen, when and who was involved. She kept in contact with the buying agent and kept me informed throughout. She assisted with obtaining the termite inspector and a contractor to address the items that came out of the inspection. She helped to make the process as clear and painless as possible.
Kelsey Muffler, Kim’s Director of Client Services, was also essential to the process. She made sure appointments were arranged and things kept moving throughout the process. She was key to ensuring that communication was occurring and that I was well aware of what was going on.
