Lauren is a native of the Metropolitan area. Born and raised in Alexandria, VA, and having resided in Woodbridge, VA and Prince Georges County, she is comfortable with moving around the area in an effort to assist her clients find that dream home. She is a well-organized Realtor with a broad background in the IT industry, her first career. She began as a COBOL programmer and progressed through the IT field to various management positions at Fannie Mae, working directly with testing and implementation of that company’s mortgage loan software. Many years at MCI included managing the relocation department acquiring the knowledge and expertise in many aspects of the needs of corporate clients and their relocation requirements. Lauren enthusiastically chose a second career in Real Estate – a field that engages her best qualities as a people oriented and independent person. She began in the area of property management working with families moving into and out of the area as well as transitioning from apartment living to home ownership.
