I started out investing in real estate in the 1980’s. At that time the interest rates were unbelievably high but Iwould purchase distressed properties, rehab and sell them. I gained my knowledge of property values first hand. It was not until almost 20 years later that I started selling real estate full time as I continued investing. To begin with I worked mainly with investors and eventually switching my focus to home seller’s and buyers. It is fun matching people with living spaces that feels right to them.
