Since 1990 I have been working with buyers and sellers in the Richmond marketplace and loving it! My husband, Jeff, joined me in 2007 to create the Donahue Team. Over 90% of our annual business comes from repeat clients or referrals from our past clients, family, friends and realtors.
I have been an RAR distinguished achiever for over 23 years, and currently serve as the Central Virginia representative to the Long and Foster Gold Team board. I am active in the community, and have served on the Southampton Citizens Association Board, and I am former President of that organization. I have served on the Board of Trustees of Trinity Episcopal School and enjoyed immensely my eight years of service. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Richmond Association of Realtors.
I joined Marianne in the real estate business in 2007. I had previously worked for a development company headquartered in Boston that specialized in commercial development and management. My background in both construction, architecture and facilities management lends great experience to our real estate team for both your residential and commercial real estate needs. I have served as Board Member, President and Past President of the Southampton Citizens Association, which is the largest civic association in the City of Richmond. I currently serve on the Tax Equalization Board for the City of Richmond.
I got my real estate license in the spring of 2014 and joined the team full time in July 2017. I previously worked at Trinity Episcopal School as the Alumni Relations Coordinator, where I also coached field hockey, basketball and lacrosse.
I have assisted my parents in real estate on and off since 2001 and am delighted to formally join their team. Spending a life time working with my parents to maintain their historic home and now having first-hand experience in restoring a plantation property with my husband will partner well with the experience and expertise that the Donahue Team offers.
