This month's total of 1,733 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 1,757, a decrease of 1%.

Last May, the median sale price for Lehigh County Homes was $145,000. This May, the median sale price was $169,000, an increase of 17% or $24,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 4% higher than in April.
