There was an increase in total units sold in April, with 91 sold this month in Quakertown, Perkasie, and Northern Bucks County Real Estate versus 72 last month, an increase of 26%. This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 28% versus April 2011.

Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is lower by 120 units or 12%. The total number of active inventory this April was 855 compared to 975 in April 2011. This month's total of 855 is higher than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 764, an increase of 12%.
