Katie joined her mom, Mary Beth, in real estate after she graduated from the University of Denver in 2005. Katie is the transaction coordinator for our team, listing manager, and helps out as a buyer's agent when needed. She has extensive knowledge of the real estate process and enjoys helping guide our clients through the transaction. Katie also negotiates all of our short sales. Katie lives in the Bristow area with her husband Ben, their three daughters- McKenna, Ainsley & Brooke, and their lab- Dixie.

Garrett joined The Eisenhard Group in the summer of 2016 as the primary buyer’s agent. He has worked in several facets of the Real Estate industry gaining first hand experience. After finishing graduate school and getting his Masters in Business Administration, he knew that real estate was his calling. Garrett has spent most of his life in Northern Virginia and bring invaluable knowledge of all areas and communities we serve. He is committed to helping provide each client with the highest level of customer service and integrity to ensure a smooth transaction. Garrett has been licensed since 2013.
