Both her children were born and raised in Columbia and attended the Howard County schools. But she is also able to effectively service all of the surrounding counties. Because of her strong sense of commitment to her community, Olivia has served on the River Hill Village Center Master Planning Committee, and is a currently a member of the Simpson Oaks Advisory Committee.
