Talon Zinger is a REALTOR® with Northrop Realty, a Long and Foster Company. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), Military Relocation Professional (MRP®) and Rental Certified.
Additionally, Talon was Howard County Association of REALTORS® Rookie REALTOR® of the Year in 2018 and part of Baltimore Real Producer's 30 Under 30 in 2019.
She currently serves as a Director of Howard County Association of REALTORS® (HCAR) Board of Directors, Chairs HCAR's YPN Committee, a member of HCAR's Education Committee and Maryland REALTORS® Communications & PR Committee.
Outside of real estate, Talon is dedicated to giving back to her alma mater, UMBC. She is the Events & Engagement Officer for UMBC's Chapter of Young Alumni and plans a variety of events to bring the UMBC alumni community together and fundraise for student scholarships.
Talon received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communication Studies and Psychology from UMBC. Her background in customer service & marketing is evident when working with her clients. She specializes in working with residential first-time homebuyers, buyers, sellers and rentals.
