Albanese has held many leadership positions throughout his career, including vice president of strategic services for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, vice president of consulting services for Prudential Financial and several leadership positions with Weichert Realtors. He has served as a financial and operational consultant for major real estate firms throughout the United States and Canada, assisting them in developing strategies and campaigns to help them expand, grow market share, recruit and retain top talent, analyze compensation policies and operational efficiencies and implement successful coaching strategies. He is also a published author and a blogger, and has received numerous honors recognizing his success in management, leadership, sales and company growth.
Albanese received his Master of Business Administration from The University of Phoenix, a Master of Arts degree from the Manhattan School of Music, and his bachelor’s degree from Rider University. Additionally, he has volunteered with a number of professional and civic organizations, including a term as president of the Alumni Association and a post on board of trustees at The Hun School of Princeton, N.J.
