Abe Ian Lim, known as "Ian" to his friends and family, is a licensed Realtor with Long & Foster, where he helps buyers find their dream homes and sellers achieve top dollar for their properties. Ian's interest in business and entrepreneurship started at an early age, and he pursued his passion by obtaining an undergraduate degree in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration while working full-time as a computer analyst for a multi-state healthcare system.

In 2010, Ian began his real estate adventures by purchasing a three-unit residential property using "house hacking" techniques that enabled him to collect rent to cover his mortgage payments. He then used his newfound real estate knowledge and experience to acquire additional investment properties, which he managed himself while maintaining his full-time job. Ian's portfolio of investment properties has grown significantly over the years, and he has also inspired friends, relatives, and tenants to pursue financial success and freedom through property ownership.

Ian's expertise in real estate has been recognized by Long and Foster - Richmond Region, where he was the regional Rising Star Award in 2021, which translates to "Rookie of the Year." Outside of real estate, Ian enjoys travel, science fiction books and movies, food, history, weight lifting, EDM, and dancing. Ian was born in the Philippines to physician parents and immigrated to the United States at age five. He now lives with his wife and two beautiful boys in the Fan area of Richmond, Virginia.
