John enjoys business negotiations, problem solving, and most of all working with people. He has spent his entire professional life building and managing businesses in the home services and marketing fields. John and his mother, Lilian Jorgenson, are leaders in one of the top teams in Northern Virginia. For many years the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors has recognized Lilian as one of the top twenty agents in the region. John brings his extensive marketing and business experience to further enhance the team's performance. John understands the needs and desires of buyers as well as sellers. For buyers, he provides an in depth knowledge of the area and the market so he can effectively narrow down the search to just the right homes. For sellers, he has the marketing experience and talent to bring their homes quickly to the attention of prospective buyers. He has the negotiating skills to get his clients the best possible contracts and the business experience to solve problems when they arise. John Jorgenson sells in all areas of Northern Virginia as well as all price ranges. He grew up and went to school in Springfield and Vienna. Before going into Real Estate John owned and managed businesses for over 20 years, including 10 years as owner and manager of a marketing firm.
