Wendy has extensive sales and marketing skills in new homes and the building industry, having served as sales and marketing director for several of the area’s leading builders including Anderson Homes and Southdown Homes. In addition to sales, she also provided market analysis and feasibility studies, the creation and administration of advertising and public relations campaigns, product evaluation and merchandising of sales centers for builders. Wendy also has experience in land acquisition. Wendy is a resident of the Pottstown area.
