AS AN 8TH GENERATION Loudoun County native, Beverly began her career as a REALTOR® in 1981 and achieved her Broker's license in 1987. Her vast experience has included ownership, management and for thepast several decades she has been out in the field listing, selling and helping her customers and clients. Previously Bev, along with her late husband, Buzz O'Toole, worked together as'the buzz team' - a consistent Top Producer team with the Dulles Area Association of Realtors as well as a member of the elite RE/MAX Chairman's Club. She holds the Certified Residential Brokerage (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) Real Esate Agent designations. Bev is a past President of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors plus a Realtor of the Year and Code of Ethics Award recipient. She is dedicated to serving her clients' needs making sure that their move is a pleasant and stress-free experience. Referrals are the basis of her business and she is interested in building strong life long relationships founded on trust, built on integrity, and focused on achieving the best possible results. Over her real estate career, Bev's extensive knowledge of the community and background have enabled her to help hundreds of people make their dream of owning a home come true. Bev has lived in the Purcellville/Hamilton, Virginia area since 1971 on a portion of the farm that has been in her family for generations. She has two wonderful children, five beautiful grandchildren, and a golden retriever named Gabriel.
