Pat is a life time resident of Northern Virginia. Shehas been a full-time northern Virginia real estate agent since 1990. She received her GRI designation (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) in 1992, is Buyer/Broker certified and keeps current with real estate trends and issues through continuing education courses.

She has lived for the past fifteen years in Alexandria, first in Old Town and now in the Beverly Hills neighborhood.

She grew up in Arlington, Virginia, graduated from Yorktown High School, and received her BS from Virginia Tech.

Pat’s first exposure to the real estate business came from growing up with her real estate agent dad, Ralph Wilson. Her first job was working as his assistant. So, really she has 38 years of exposure and involvement in the real estate business.

In 1989 after working "on the hill" for Congressman Robinson and then as project manager for a government contractor, she was looking for a career change. Pat revisited the real estate business as a possibility. She has been successfully handling transactions for buyers and sellers ever since.

Pat’s attention to detail and ability to keep lines of communication open are just two of many attributes that have contributed to her successful more than twenty-year career. Pat is equally experienced, adept, and comfortable working with buyers and sellers as they acquire or sell personal properties or investment properties. And she has handled the sale of houses, townhouses, and condos throughout the northern Virginia area including, but not limited to, Alexandria, Arlington, McLean, Falls Church, and Fairfax.
