Dave Fogg has been an active, licensed Realtor in the Richmond area since June 1980. While a college student studying business at VCU, Dave studied real estate appraisal under Dr. James Boykin, Ph. D , MAI, SRE, Professor Emeritus. Dave later began his career in real estate with Century 21 Triangle Sales, where he received extensive training. Throughout the years Dave has continued to take courses and training to stay abreast of the market and has been a new homes site agent. He also holds a Class A contractors license, which he uses to help clients add additions to homes and helps investors buy and flip properties. His construction and cost knowledge have been particularly helpful when analyzing what repairs and costs are necessary before a deal is agreed upon. His clients can factor repair costs into their decision up front, instead of finding out after they have spent, time, money and emotion on a property that won't meet their needs and budget.

Dave is a lifelong resident of Richmond, VA and has resided in the Glen Allen area for over 33 years. Dave and his wife Susan attend and serve at Staples Mill Road Baptist Church.
