It is true when you do what you love you never work a day. I have always been drawn to real estate investing in my first property at age 20. I grew up on the West Coast but have lived all across the nation and abroad. As a military family we moved every three years and for me the most exciting time was searching for a new house and then spending the next few years making i home. After my spouse retired from the military we both transferred to Virginia with the Federal Government. As much as I loved working for our country my passion had always been real estate. In 2007 I left my government position, obtained my real estate license and have never regretted the decision. Over the years I have bought investment properties, flipped homes, helped friends and families renovate their homes but what I get the most satisfaction from is working with buyers and sellers. My goal has always been to help those who are transitioning from their current homes to achieve the highest rate of return in the quickest time with as little stress as possible. For buyers whether first time or seasoned there is nothing more satisfying then being a part of their journey. My ability to listen to my clients and understand their needs and goals as well as my knowledge of the market and trends have been my greatest strengths and what makes me successful in this business. I have never considered myself just an agent, I really consider myself a real estate advisor. I am here for my clients long after the transaction is complete.
