David specializes in properties throughout the Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, and Prince William County areas, having helped people buy, sell and rent new and existing homes. He received the SFR Certification (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource) from the National Association of Realtors several years ago. He currently resides in Burke, and services all of the surrounding communities. In addition, his commitment to the community is evident by past memberships in the Clifton Lions Club, as a volunteer at Fairfax Hospital, and as a past and current member of his local homeowners association board.
As a listing agent, David has sold condominiums, townhomes, and single family detached homes ranging in price from $200,000 to $1,400,000 David feels that each home has it's own set of challenges but it is the agent's job to present the home in the best possible light.
Marketing is such an important job in selling the home, and David has developed an eye for taking photos that show the home to its utmost advantage since photos are crucial in showcasing the property. In addition, he keeps up with the fast changing technology and markets homes on social media sites such as Facebook.
