Growing up in the middle of a large family in Pittsburgh, I learned early on that there were no shortcuts: fair play and hard work were the keys to success. I was four years old when we purchased our first house; it was just a house, but my mother and father turned it into a home. It was our refuge—the place where we cooked together, laughed together, made music together. It wasn’t a huge home, but it was filled with love. That is my wish for everyone, and why I decided to become a Realtor. I’ve always loved houses and architecture, gardening, and turning a house into a home.

I hold an MBA from Georgetown University and my previous professional experience was in publishing. This has helped me to hone the skills needed to "have my client’s back" in every way possible. Those skills include listening, negotiating, financial analysis, and problem-solving. My authors described me as a loyal and patient friend who never gave up on them throughout the often challenging process of developing, marketing, and selling their books.

In the same way, I work with my real estate clients, to get the best price when selling your home, or to negotiate the best deal when buying a new home. I can also help you to rent your home, investigate various investment and financing options, explore retirement properties at the beach, and so much more.

I have lived in the Northern VA area for over 25 years and will happily share my knowledge of the area with you. I will alsokeep you updated on changes to real estate rules, laws and regulations. And I will market your home in every way possible, including social media. For buyers, I will patiently help you explore different neighborhoods and help you to find your dream home!
