My story:
I started selling real estate because my twin sons were about to graduate from high school and go away to college and I needed a second income as well as something to fill my time. I didn't want to experience the"empty nest syndrome". A dear friend who was a Realtor prior to starting her family suggested it because she thought I'd like it and be good at it. Well low and behold I got my license started selling and found I really didn't like it, I LOVED IT!
Idecidedto be the Realtor who is accessible 7 days a week. I decided to be the Realtor who treated every buyer as though they were buying a million dollar property and every selleras though they were selling amillion dollar home.
My mom has a saying "Let me tell you up front so you don't stick out behind" and that's how I conduct my real estate business....I'll let you knowhow I am from the start, (up front and honest) so in the end you are not stuck out on a limb at the end of a transaction (by yourself). This doesn't mean I will help with mortgage payments or closing cost,it means I'll work diligently to make sure both my buyers and my sellers have access to all theresources at my disposal and I will always be totally honest and forthright!
