Bob Teeven has been in real estate since 1986, and is a member of the Long & Foster Real Estate team in the Hockessin, Delaware office. Long & Foster is the largest family-owned residentialreal estate company in the United States.

It’s serious business, buying or selling a house, but the process doesn’t need to be painful. Raised and educated in northern Delaware, Bob knows everyone and everything about this area: the people, the businesses, the schools, the communities and the neighborhoods. Bob holds a number of academic and professional certifications including a degree from the University of Delaware and has earned the CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors®. A long-time resident of Newark, Bob has been active with the University of Delaware’s Alumni Association, and also is the Ice Hockey Head Coach at Saint Mark’s High School.
