John Lazzara was born in Italy and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He is a graduate of St. John’s University with a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Political Science. In 2001, after 23 years in the credit industry, John decided to pursue his life-long passion of working in real estate. John has been married for over 40 years to his wife, JoAnn, and they have two children, Christina, a teacher, and John, a marine technician. John and JoAnn have four beautiful grandchildren, Lia, Anthony, Emma and Maeve. A member of the Ocean City Board of Realtors and its Community Service Committee, John holds the Resort & Second Home Property Specialistand Military Relocation Professional designations and the Pricing Strategy Advisor certification. He has sold over $86,000,000 worth of property since 2001. When not selling real estate, John enjoys playing soccer, kayaking, and spending time with his grandchildren.
