La'Monika is a seasoned property manager with over ten years of experience. She currently holds a New Jersey Real Estate license and is apart of Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP). If you are an owner or a tenant in that region, chances are you will be working with her. She handles the coordination of the move-ins and move-outs of the property, lease negotiations, security deposit compliance, and anything else needed. She especially loves helping investors diversify and expand their portfolios. La'Monika grew up in Cincinnati OH in a large military family and eventually settled in southern NJ.
