Kem is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Maryland, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia with the Long and Foster Real Estate Brokerage. Kem studied at Georgetown and North Carolina State Universities.

Kem has embarked on quite a task: to help transform the Baltimore City real estate profile back into the positive appearance it was once recognized for nationally. Kem has a broad Real Estate portfolio herself, owning Real Property in four states: Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, alongside property owned here in Maryland. Recently, Kem became a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) to better assist our Military Professionals and has an Accredited Buyer's Representative designation (ABR) to better assist buyers with their real estate needs.
