Carolyn's goal is to make every client a client for life. She has been a resident of the greater Washington, DC region since 2011; and has a significant amount of knowledge of the local real estate market and trends. Her background in Marketing provides a strong foundation to properly evaluate market conditions and determine the right course of action for both buyers and sellers.
Carolyn has always had a love of homes and a passion for helping people, so becoming a Realtor was only a natural progression for her. Her clients say that her hardworking but patient nature eased the stresses of the sales process. Carolyn acts as an advocate for her clients and takes the trust they place in her very seriously. Her strong negotiating skills deliver better outcomes on both sides of the table. Carolyn is dedicated to providing extraordinary service to her clients through constantly communicating a listing's activity to sellers and providing real-time status updates to buyers.
Carolyn graduated from the Frostburg State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications. She is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
