The Legaspi Legacy Team consists of mother-son duo, Lisa and Leo Legaspi. Lisa has been a licensed Realtor since 2006 and Leo partnered with her in 2018. Their business is based on a combination of positive referrals and their core values:

Family: Family means everything to them. A military family of 7, the Legaspi’s had to be tight knit due to frequent moves around the country and world. After settling down in Williamsburg in 2005, they have only added to the family, bringing even more closeness.

Integrity: Lisa, being an Army wife for over 20 years, and Leo, serving in the US Military, developed a strong sense of integrity. They take their duties as Realtors very seriously, ensuring smooth and positive interactions with all clients. They will work tirelessly to make sure they earn their commission, always doing right by their clients.

Love for Community: Since 2005, Lisa and Leo have integrated themselves into the Williamsburg community, actively participating in school affairs, sports, church, etc. They take pride in living in a town with such a great history and seek to better the community every day.

Reliability: Lisa and Leo will be at their client’s beck and call as often and whenever needed. They work to serve their clients by any means necessary to ensure a successful outcome in every transaction.

Legacy: As family is of the utmost importance, leaving a legacy for those miniature humans is as well. While Lisa and Leo work hard for their clients, they are also working to build a better future for their kids and grandkids.

These core values are the driving force of their business and personal lives. In their spare time, Lisa helps teach kids jiu-jitsu and Leo spends his evenings as an assistant basketball coach at his middle school Alma Mater, Queens Lake.
