John grew up in South Africa and travelled the world as an Engineer and a Project Manager, before settling down in the Roanoke Valley back in 2003 with his wife and two young boys. He has a very successful career in sales and contract management for the past 28 years and is excited to carry over these same qualities and principles with Long and Foster Real Estate.

John’s love for real estate began at a young age with him working with his Father, a home builder, in the home construction and property management industries. Today, he is a licensed real estate agent in Roanoke, Virginia and looking forward to helping you achieve your goals.

Other Pursuits and Passions
When John is not helping clients, he will be out on a field coaching youth soccer, hiking the area trails with his family and his two beagle dogs or taking care of his "honey do" list around the house.
