- BA in Sociology from University of Hawaii;
- MBA from UCLA, with emphasis in Marketing and Information Technology;
- Former Miss Alaska, 1980;
- Helped retirees keep from outliving their money for 17 years in Alaska, as an Independent Insurance Agent specializing in retirement planning;
- Former Army Officer's wife - I understand the needs of the military;
- Horse lover and owner for over 20 years and one of my favorite pastimesis to search out horse properties in Hampton Roads;
- House-rehabber & flipper; (I love to search out distressed properties);
