Rachel joined the Premier Group in August 2020, after a rewarding and successful 7 year career in the non profit world with The American Cancer Society. At ACS, Rachel wore many hats as she quickly accelerated within the company. Her latest role was as the Health Systems Manager for sixteen priority hospital accounts all throughout Maryland and DC. Some of Rachel’s many strengths, which led to her success at ACS, include approachability, building trusted relationships and identifying challenges and solutions to streamline processes.

Born and raised in Mt. Airy, and working for nearly a decade for a company serving exclusively Maryland and DC, Rachel lives and breathes Maryland. She is not only a successful member of the community, from teaching and mentoring young women in lacrosse, volunteering for local charities and non-profits, and attending the prestigious Johns Hopkins University as a Division 1 lacrosse player, Rachel carries immense pride for her state and serving those in her community.

Rachel joins Long and Foster as the next venture in her career. She is excited to leverage her strengths of teamwork, connecting people, and being involved in the local communities. As a natural extrovert, Rachel builds trust and loyalty quickly and is eager to develop her client sphere. As a homeowner herself, Rachel understands that this will be one of the biggest life purchases that people make and she is looking forward to making it an efficient and smooth process. Rachel is very much at home in Maryland excited to be affiliated with the Premier Group and is ready to help you find your home.
