Dan Mangan is a seasoned real estate and finance professional with more than 25 years of diverse experience. A licensed Maryland Realtor and resident of the Parkwood community in Bethesda, he loves working with people and providing them with a top-notch service experience. Dan has represented both buyers in the pursuit of the perfect home or investment property and sellers seeking to maximize their real estate holdings.

Dan is an adept negotiator, intimately attuned to market conditions, and he brings a critical eye when assessing properties. Dan earned his MBA in Finance and earned the National Association of Realtor’s Green Designation, a program designed to provide agents with a comprehensive understanding of how homes with green features should be marketed differently than traditional homes.

Earlier in his career, Dan operated his own business venture focused on real estate management and consulting to serve the specialized needs of investors. He worked as a strategic partner with his clients -- securing and managing income producing properties, and conducting market analyses, demographic and feasibility studies, and environmental risk assessments.

Dan was introduced to the residential real estate profession when he was a teenager, previewing properties with his mother in the Maryland/Pennsylvania/West Virginia tri-state area. For many years, she was one of the top-selling, million-dollar agents in the area. She served as Dan’s mentor and still serves as an inspiration.

Outside of the profession, Dan is a member of the MG Car Club of Washington, DC Centre. You may see him driving around town in his Blaze orange 1973 MGB.
