Originally hailing from West Virginia, Ann has been a Northern Virginia "native" for over forty years. After a career in marketing, time off to raisechildren and several years in education, Ann settled into real estate. She has been a successful Realtor for over 30 years, earning lifetimemembership in NVAR's Multi-Million Dollar Sales and Top Producer Clubs. Ann specializes in Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church and Fairfax properties. Additionally Ann is currently a member of the Fairfax County Fair Housing Task Force. She is teamed with fellow Realtor and daughter Emily Capelli. Together they have over forty-fiveyears of real estate experience.
