Bill was born in Norristown and raised in Lower Bucks County. He graduated from Pennsbury High School in 2000. He then moved onto Temple University where he received his bachelors degree in marketing, from the Fox School of Business. At Temple he learned how to tailor his marketing techniques to best help reach the target market.
