For more than 16 years I have worked hard to maintain technical expertise in an ever changing real estate environment.Fluctuations in the economy and housing market coupled with dynamic changes to federal law, requires a Realtor that is capable of guiding you through this process. My educational background is in Business Administration and Respiratory Therapy. Prior to becoming a Realtor I worked in the healthcare field providing patient care, managing patient care, and as a college instructor. I have also served as a home and school leader responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a host of special activities, community activities and fundraising campaigns.
On top of all this experience, I am proud to say I am the spouse of a military veteran who served faithfully for 20 years in the US Army. My background as the spouse of a retired military veteran, lends to my expertise in the Permanent Change of Station (PCS) process coupled with my understanding VA loan home purchase guidelines and years of assisting active duty and retired military in the buying and selling of homes.
